Update Log for Valid Requests 2025
On the 12th of May 2025 a request was made by the Polish cybercrime department where we were requested to provide information regarding an user involved in fraud. As we do not store any IPs or personal data, we were only able to provide the order records and the username of the user.
On 2nd September 2025, German authorities requested information on a user. An email address was attached to the users account (this is optional). They were provided with their email address, transaction IDs, and username. Since we dont store IP addresses, we were only able to provide that information.On 8 October 2025, American authorities reached out to us requesting data on a user with a court order, and we provided the username, billing information through Stripe, and the attached e-mail.
On 14 October 2025, the Dutch authorities requested data under a court order issued by American authorities. We provided username, password hash, registration date, deposit history, and order history.
On 12th November 2025, American authorities requested data under a court order issued by American authorities. We provided username, password hash, registration date, deposit history, and order history.
On 11th December 2025, American authorities requested data under a Subpoena issued by American authorities. We provided username, password hash, registration date, deposit history, and order history.
