Official SMSPool SDKs
- By SMSPool Admin
- SMSPool
The fastest way to integrate SMSPool's SMS verification API is with one of our official SDKs. They are available for seven languages, cover every endpoint in the API reference, and are generated from the same OpenAPI specification that powers it. The SDKs are checked against the API every week, so new endpoints and parameters reach them quickly.
Official SDKs
All official SDKs are open source under the MIT license and maintained by SMSPool.
| Language | Install | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Python | pip install smspool-sdk | smspool-python |
| JavaScript / TypeScript | npm install @smspool/sdk | smspool-js |
| PHP | composer require smspool/smspool-php | smspool-php |
| Go | go get github.com/smspool/smspool-go | smspool-go |
| .NET (C#) | dotnet add package SMSPool | smspool-dotnet |
| Java | io.github.smspool:smspool-sdk (Maven Central) | smspool-java |
| Ruby | gem install smspool | smspool-ruby |
For Java, add this to your pom.xml:
<dependency>
<groupId>io.github.smspool</groupId>
<artifactId>smspool-sdk</artifactId>
<version>0.1.3</version>
</dependency>Quick start
Find your API key on your settings page. This Python example checks your balance and orders a number; each repository's README has the same example for its language.
import smspool_sdk
config = smspool_sdk.Configuration(access_token="YOUR_API_KEY")
with smspool_sdk.ApiClient(config) as client:
print(smspool_sdk.InformationApi(client).request_balance())
order = smspool_sdk.SMSApi(client).purchase_sms(country="US", service="1")
print(order)Every endpoint is a method named after its path. For example, /sms/check becomes sms_check() in Python and smsCheck() in JavaScript. Responses are returned exactly as the API sends them, so check the success field: a refused request often still returns HTTP 200 with "success": 0 and a message.
Prefer to call the API directly?
The API reference documents every endpoint with parameters and example responses, and lets you send test requests from your browser. The raw OpenAPI specification is at api.smspool.net/openapi.json if you want to generate a client for another language.
