Why Add or Change Your Email?

Adding an email address to your SMSPool account is useful for:

• Password recovery if you get locked out
• Security features like Email OTP
• Account security and verification

Remember that emails are optional during signup, so you may not currently have one associated with your account.

How to Change or Add Your Email

1. Log into your SMSPool account
2. Click the cog icon in the top right corner of the dashboard to open the Settings menu
3. Navigate to your Account Settings
4. Input an email you wish to use in the "E-Mail" box
5. Enter your new email address
6. Click the blue "Modify e-mail" button
7. A green box should show up saying the email OTP has been sent, check your email for the code
8. Enter the email OTP code in the blue "Code" box and click "Verify"
9. Your email is now verified!

If You Don't Have an Email Currently

Since SMSPool allows anonymous account creation without email addresses, your account might not have an email associated with it initially. If you're having trouble accessing email settings or need assistance, you can contact SMSPool support.

Important Notes

• If you forget your password and don't have an email on your account, you'll need to contact SMSPool support for assistance
• The settings menu (cog icon) is your main hub for account management options
