How to Reset Your SMSPool Password

Forgetting your password happens to the best of us. Since SMSPool does not require an email address to sign up, the recovery process depends on whether you linked an email to your account or if you are using an anonymous account.

Email Password Reset

If you have an email address linked to your account, you can use our automated tool to regain access immediately.

1. Navigate to the “Login” page.
2. Click the “Forgot Password” link located below the "Sign In" button .
3. Enter every email address you believe is associated with your account and click the Reset button.

If the email matches our records, you will receive a link to create a new password.

"I Didn't Receive a Reset Link"

If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it is not there, it is likely that your account does not have an email address attached.

Remember, email is not required on sign-up. Many users create accounts without linking them to an email address for privacy reasons. If you never added one in your settings, the automated system cannot send you a password reset link.

Recovering Anonymous Accounts or Accounts Without an Email Attached.

If you are locked out of your SMSPool account that has no email attached, follow these steps to recover it.

1. Check Your Saved Credentials

If you used the "Anonymous Account" feature, our website prompted you to save the Anonymous Account ID during account creation.

• Check your clipboard history (Windows key V on Windows, or long-press paste on Android).
• Check your files or password manager to see if you saved the credentials.

2. Contact Support for Manual Recovery

If you cannot find your credentials, we can manually recover your account and convert it to a standard account so you can reset the password. To do this, you must verify ownership by emailing [email protected].

You must provide proof of payment so we can locate and verify the account. Please include the following:

• Crypto: The transaction hash (TXID) in text format (please do not send screenshots), the exact date, and the crypto token used.
• Card: The last 4 digits of the card number, the receipt ID you were emailed when purchasing, or simply email us from the same email address you used during the purchase.
