How to reactivate an unused phone number

Tutorial:

1. Log in to your SMSPool account.
2. Click the Settings cog icon located in the top right corner of the interface
3. Click Order History
4. Locate the phone number you're looking to reactivate and click "Reactivate"
5. If the reactivation is successful, it should say "Your order has been reactivated, please head to your dashboard to view your order!" in a green box.
6. If that's the case, head to the Order Page and go ahead and send the Code/OTP to the phone number

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the "Resend" and "Reactivate" options?

• Resend: Use this option only for phone numbers that have already successfully received an SMS.
• Reactivate: Use this option only for phone numbers that have not received a verification code.

Does it cost money to use the Reactivate feature?
Yes. You will be charged the total order value immediately. Please note:

• You are charged even if the phone number fails to receive a code after reactivation.
• Reactivated numbers are non-refundable.

Is the Reactivate option guaranteed to work?
No, success is not guaranteed. However, you have a higher chance of success if you use the option immediately after the initial SMS failure.

Why is the Reactivate option useful?
It allows you to reclaim a specific number in the following scenarios:

• The system automatically refunded the number because no code was received.
• You accidentally cancelled the phone number.

I received the error: "This phone number was already used for this service, you cannot reactivate this number again!" What can I do?
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do in this specific case. This error indicates that another user has already registered that phone number for the selected service.
