How to Request a Balance Refund on SMSPool

If you have changed your mind or no longer need your deposit, you can request a full refund. Before you do, please note that your SMSPool balance never expires. You can keep funds in your account indefinitely to use for future SMS verifications, Data only eSIMs & Residential Proxies.

If you still wish to proceed, please check the criteria below.

Eligibility
We can issue a refund if:

• You deposited within the last 14 days.
• You have not spent any of the balance from that deposit.

Important: We can only process full refunds. If you have successfully used part of your deposit, we cannot refund the payment.

Remember that you are never charged for numbers that do not receive a code. If you ordered a number but the SMS never arrived, that money is still in your balance. By depositing, you agree to these rules as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Method 1: Open A Ticket (Fastest)

The quickest way to get your refund is through our Knowledgebase. Since you are already logged in, we can instantly see your account status and verify your identity.

For Crypto Users: This is the safest and easiest method. Opening a ticket while logged in proves you own the account, which protects you from hijackers trying to request a cash-out.

1. Navigate to help.smspool.net.
2. Click the "Open a ticket" button
3. Select "I paid with Stripe and I wish to refund my original deposit" if you paid via Card or I paid with "Crypto Currency and I wish to refund my original deposit" if you wish to refund your Crypto Deposit.
4. Our team will check your eligibility and process the Refund if eligible.

Method 2: Email Our Support Team

If you cannot access the Knowledgebase, you can email us at [email protected].
Please be aware this takes longer, as we must manually verify that you are the actual account owner.

You must include:

• Your SMSPool Username.
• Payment Proof (e.g., Stripe Receipt ID or Crypto Transaction Hash).

Warning regarding Crypto Refunds
To prevent unauthorized users from stealing funds, we only refund cryptocurrency to the original address used for the transaction. We will never send funds to a different wallet address.
