Whats the difference between your Always On rentals and the Single service rentals?

Our Always On Rentals are active 24/7, ready to receive an SMS at any time and work for all services. In contrast, the Single service will only receive SMS from the service you select. When you visit the Rent page and click Manage Rental page, a green alert will appear when the rental is ready, indicating that the phone is ready to receive SMS.

Are your monthly rentals non-VoIP?

Yes, we use non-VoIP phone numbers for both our monthly rentals and temporary numbers.

Do you allow financial services?

We do not allow financial services on any of our phone numbers, this includes crypto exchanges, banks, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and more.

How do I order a Long-term rental number?

You can order a monthly rental number by clicking here.

Can your Long-term rentals be renewed?

Yes, you can use the auto-renew feature to automatically renew your monthly rental as long as you have balance. Alternatively, you can renew the phone number several months in advance.

Do I have to renew my monthly rental? What happens if I don't renew it?

You dont have to renew your monthly rental if you dont want to. This is a pay-as-you-go system, so you can disable auto-renewal and let it expire. Please note that if you let the phone number expire, we wont usually be able to recover it.

Are there any usage limits?

Yes, we allow a maximum of 25 messages to be received per day.

Do you allow calls or outgoing messages?

We only support receiving SMS at the moment on our long-term rentals.

Do you offer bulk discounts for your Long-term rental numbers?

Yes, for a minimum of 500 active monthly rentals.
