How to Request New Services on SMSPool

If you cannot find the specific service you need on our services list, you have two choices. You can either use the "Not Listed" service, or you can ask us to add the service officially so it is cheaper and more reliable for you in the long run.

Option 1: Use "Not Listed"

If you are in a hurry and just need one verification right now, use the Not Listed service.

This option allows you to receive SMS messages from almost any sender that is not currently in our database. It is the best workaround for quick access or testing.

The downside is that this is usually more expensive than using a specific service. If you plan to order in bulk, you should request to add the service properly to save money.

Option 2: Request to add a service

To get a service added to SMSPool, you need to contact SMSPool Support.

  1. Head over to help.smspool.net.
  2. Contact us via our ticket system or via [email protected].

Important Restrictions

Before you submit a request, please remember that we do not allow the following services on our platform:

  • Financial services (banks, fintech apps, etc.)
  • Mobile carriers/telecom services
  • Government websites

Any requests to add these types of services will be rejected immediately.

What to put in the ticket

To get the service added quickly, we need to know if the service is worth adding and how to configure it technically. Please include:

  • Order Volume: How many codes do you plan to buy (daily or weekly)?
  • Country: Which region do you need?
  • Service Name: The name of the site or app.
  • Target Price: What you are willing to pay per code.
  • Example SMS: Copy and paste the exact text of the message.
  • Sender ID: (Read the section below to see if this is needed).

Do we need the Sender ID?

This is where most requests get stuck. We need to be able to tell which messages belong to which service. Whether you need to provide the Sender ID depends on what the SMS text looks like.

Generic SMS format (Sender ID Required)

Many sites use lazy, generic SMS formats.

  • Example: "Your verification code is: 314914"

If the text looks like this, we cannot filter it because many sites use this exact format. There is no unique keyword for us to filter.

If you would like us to add a service that uses this format, you must tell us the Sender ID. This is the name or phone number that the message comes from on your phone. Without this, we cannot add the service.

Branded SMS format (Sender ID Optional)

Some sites put their company name right in the message.

  • Example: "Your McDonalds verification code is: 491414"

Since "McDonalds" is in the text, we can use that as a unique keyword. We do not strictly need the Sender ID for these, as the text itself is unique enough to filter correctly so our system picks up the SMS.

TLDR

  • Urgent? Use "Not Listed" (sometimes costs more).
  • Wish to get a service added? Open a ticket at help.smspool.net.
  • The Rule: If the SMS text does not contain the company name, you must provide the Sender ID.
  • Note: No financial or government services allowed.
