How to Report Abuse to SMSPool

If you need to report abuse or misuse of SMSPool's services, here are the official methods to contact them:

Method 1: Email Report

SMSPool aims to respond within 30 days of receiving your report

Include as much detail as possible in your email:

• The phone number that was used inappropriately
• Username of the person involved (if known)
• Evidence of the abuse (screenshots, messages, etc.)
• Clear description of what happened
• Date and time of the incident

Method 2: Our website ticket System

Open a ticket at smspool.net/ticket/create

This our official ticket system where you can submit detailed abuse reports with file attachments if needed.

What Constitutes Abuse

The following activities are prohibited and should be reported:

• Breaching the SMSPool Terms of Service (ToS)
• Fraudulent activities
• Number farming (consistent failed orders)
• Using our numbers for government sites, financial sector verification (banking, payment processors, cryptocurrency platforms)
